Are bad talks by or about Muslims genuine reflections of reality, or are they propaganda meant to shape perception?

- Not sure how accurate, real is this video but it crossed my path.
- Note: the Ottomans were Muslims. The ruling dynasty and state structure were explicitly Islamic, with Sunni Islam (Hanafi school of law, Maturidi theology) as the official religion. The sultans even claimed the title of Caliph after 1517, making them both political and religious leaders. ~ JCG
